Who We Are
"The Adirondack Wine & Food Festival was established in 2015 by Adirondack Winery, with the goal of creating a vibrant event that would not only create lasting memories for attendees, but would also give New York's small family-owned craft producers a platform to introduce their amazing hand-crafted products to thousands of new faces from across the Northeast. Each year hundreds of staff and volunteers come together to put together this fantastic event, bringing good wine, good food, good friends and good times to all."

You must try our refreshing Melonade Rosé Slushie! Bursting with the flavors of summer, this delightful watermelon concoction will chill you out on a hot day with Rosé!
Ingredients:
• 8 oz watermelon
• ½ oz @mixa_fusion Lemon Basil Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Schenectady Distilling Company Tow Rope Gin
• 2 oz Sprague Semi Sweet Rose
• Garnish: Watermelon slice and Lemon Curl
Directions:
• Fill blender with 1 cup watermelon, then add:
o ½ oz Mixa-Fusion Lemon Basil Simple Syrup
o ½ oz Lemon Juice
o 1 oz @36_locks Tow Rope Gin
o 2 oz @sprague_vineyards Semi Sweet Rose
• Blend well
• Pour into a bowl and freeze until slushie consistency
• Scoop slushie into a glass
• Garnish with watermelon slice and Lemon Curl
